国内学者参与iPRES国际会议资助计划
数字资源长期保存国际学术会议(International Conference on Digital Preservation,以下简称iPRES)是国际数字资源长期保存领域最高学术水平的盛会,得到数字资源管理者、使用者、保存者以及相关技术的研究与实践人员的广泛参与,成为该领域展示成果、宣传理念、推广经验、寻求合作共享的重要平台。2004年,在中科院文献情报中心参与组织和推动下,创办首届iPRES北京会议,现已逐步形成在亚、欧、美国家轮流召开的格局。
2007年,国家数字科技图书文献中心(NSTL)与中科院文献情报中心联合承办第4届iPRES会议。2021年,iPRES会议再次回归中国,国家数字科技图书文献中心(NSTL)与中科院文献情报中心联合主办、NSTL国家数字科技文献资源长期保存体系建设项目(简称NDPP)组织承办第17届iPRES会议。会议得到中科院、科技部、NSTL的大力支持,获得业界广泛关注,吸引了来自30多个国家400多名参会者的积极参与,取得良好的效果。
为促进我国长期保存研究与实践的持续发展,吸引中国学者继续参与国际交流,提高我国长期保存领域在国际上的影响力,在中科院文献情报中心支持下,NDPP将资助2022-2024年投稿并入选iPRES会议的中国学者和学生的会议注册费。
资助条件
1) 资助对象为iPRES会议所接受投稿的第一作者和通讯作者,且其为中国国内科研及教育机构作者。
2) 优先资助顺序为:Papers、 Posters and Demonstrations、Panels、Workshops and tutorials、Hackathons、Lightning talks。
3) 同类型投稿按申请顺序先到先得。
4) 同一投稿资助一人,如当年稿件数量不足,可考虑同一投稿资助第一作者和通讯作者。
5) 未尽事宜解释权归中国科学院文献情报中心。
资助流程
1)申请人向NDPP提交资助申请(见附件)。
2)资助方审核确定后,双方签署资助协议。
3)申请人与资助方确认会议费缴纳方式和要求。
4)被资助人向资助方提交会议录用的稿件全文、会议报告PPT、参会照片(现场参会)或参会截图(线上参会),参会报告等必要资料。
5)申请截止后,公示资助名单。

To promote the sustainable development of the long-term preservation of research and practice in China, attract Chinese scholars to continue to participate in international communication, and increase China’s international influence in long-term preservation domains, with the support of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the NDPP will support with conference registration fees for Chinese scholars and students whose submissions have accepted at the IPRES 2022-2024.
Application requirement:
1) The applicants are the first authors or corresponding authors accepted by the IPRES conference, and they are from scientific research and educational institutions in China.
2) The priority of funding: Papers, Posters and Demonstrations, Panels, Workshops and Tutorials, Hackathons, Lightning Talks
3) ” First come, first serve” for the same type of submissions.
4) One person will be funded in the same submission. If the number of submissions is insufficient, both the first author and the corresponding author in one submission could be funded.
5)The right to interpret the incident belongs to National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences
Application Process
1)The applicant submits an application (see attachment) to the NDPP.
2)After the funding team reviews and determines, the two parties will sign a funding agreement.
3)The applicant and the sponsor confirm the payment method and requirements of the conference fee.
4)The applicant needs to provide related materials to the funder, including the full text of the submission, the conference slideshow, the photos of the conference (on-site participation) or the screenshot of the conference (online participation), and the participation report of the conference.
